I sharpened my thirds shot some more..is it better?

Yes much improvement. Have you also tried selecting the model and blurring the background more?

Yes.

I think the boys and girls go great together. I actually much prefer the boy shot. I'm curious is you entered the girls shot to the challenge mainly because people usually prefer to look at female models. I think you should make the colors in the girl shot match those in the boy and put them together...

I have been planning to do just that..have never put 2 shots together yet, so I will have some learning to do..the other thing is for some reason I like the girls one desaturated more than the boys one..I only put the girls one in as I thought I would get too many comments telling me he is on the 1/4 line or something like that..
scores whatever..i never really care much about them..
