Hello,
I have a strange request. Does anybody know how to contact Copper Hill Images by phone or email? Why you ask? Well, I'll tell you...
I ordered a sensor cleaning kit that was supposed to be delivered by UPS the day after Katrina hit New Orleans. Since I live just outside New Orleans, naturally I didn't get it...
And what's more, UPS says since their distribution center in New Orleans was destroyed, they will NOT be delivering to the greater metropolitan area until it is fixed. Which will be quite a while. At least that's what they told me on the phone.
So, they have shipped my package BACK to Copper Hill Images. What I need to do is contact them and ask if they can send it back to me by FedEx or USPS, as I HAVE seen FedEx trucks back on my street as well as US post office trucks. I related that fact to the UPS lady on the phone, and she still told me "I'm sorry, we wont be back for quite a while..." Seems like a pretty bad business decision to me...
But, I can't find a phone number or email address on Copper Hill's web site. So, does anyone PLEASE have an idea how to contact them? I have two big blobs on my sensor I'm just DYING to get off!! Thanks for any help...

Did you pay for it with a credit card? My statement usually has a phone number listed on it for the company I charged to, even times when the full number didn't show up I was able to call my bank and get it. T

You could contact Copper Hill Images' hosting company. Given the circumstances they would be likely to oblige.

The credit card statement thing might work...but I haven't gotten a credit card statement yet...
I'll try the hosting company idea...

I'm a packrat...so I dug out my packing slip/paypal receipt from when I ordered my cleaning kit from them...and there's no phone number listed anywhere on either one. There is an email address, though...

It may be quicker to write. I think they don't publish their e-mail address on purpose. Regular mail should get there in 2-3 days. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 182, Copper Hill, Virginia, 24079

Thanks for the replies people. Unfortunately, my internet dropped back off shortly after I posted my message! :-( I just got it back a little while ago, and had an email from Richard at Copper Hill, asking what to do since UPS delivered my package back to Him. Richard was very kind to work with me any way he could. We've gotten it all straightened out now. I just want to tell everyone here that Copper Hill provided some very good customer service, compared to UPS which just kept telling me they could do nothing about rerouting the package while it was sitting in their Jackson MS location for several days... Thanks Copper Hill! Thanks DPC!
