Some of you may remember that i said i had an affluence photo that i knew wouldn't do well for its contents - but was a good depiction of affluence (at least in the animal world). The cat thread reminded me that i promised to post it on the board. So...

I like it. I think we could have more of those controversial photos. The problem is that they won't score well, so photogs think twice before submitting them.

Atually, I really like it. Excellent composition, focus & techs beside the point. People may not like the subject matter, but that's life at it's rawest. I'm very envious of this shot. It has to be a rare opportunity to catch something like this, but even rarer to catch it AND get the story with the connection between the sisters! This is one sweet-a$$ piece of work!

p.s.
the kitty in the foreground (Thora) took the rat from the first kitty (Burr) and thus ended my photoshoot. |

At first I thought the cat was missing a leg! Then I realized that couldn't be right and looked a bit closer and noticed the whiskers.
I'm surprised you let them place around with this in the house, I would make them take it out back!

You captured the primal look in the cat's eyes in the first photo. That, I would imagine, isn't something that's easy to do. |
