Just for fun i took a couple of self portraits at work. What do you think?

they seem a little busy. I like the second one. Mabe crop out some of that get up on the right.

The get up on the right is one of the main tools of my job. I kinda like it. But then i'm sure not everyone knows what a tallescope is...

Thanks for the comments. I was just playing today whilst waiting for the model that i had bullied into taking pictures of turning up.
The equipment: it's a tallescope, which is basically a vertical ladder on wheels. We use this for focusing theatrical lights. You can assend the ladder to the top where there is a metal basket at the top to stand in. The tallescope goes to about 9 meters high (about 29 feet). Whilst at the top a couple of 'scope' jockeys can push you about the stage. (we don't do this at the moment as there is a health and safety issue, but this may change back again soon). It's a usefull piece of equipment.

Comments on both.
Can you clone out the reflection on your glasses? I find it distracting in both shots. Maybe (selective) polarisation?
