I received 27 comments from this challenge. The second highest comment output I've had since joining this group :) Woohoo! This also is my second highest score and placing (obviously not counting my prior DQ). Thanks everyone!
I was really hoping for a top 50 on this image but then realized that probably my outtake was much better. I had a vote amongst my friends and it was a deadlock for both images. I went with my gut instinct thinking about the thumbnail previews. What do you guys think?

OutTake
Any comments on my outtake would be greatly appreciated. |

Actually rikki I think the one you entered was the best, the other one was closer and that was good, but it didn't have as smooth a flow as the entry did because of the distracting background IMO. |

Your challenge entry was the right shot. I left a comment on the outtake. Becky

I agree Pix. But one never knows until after the results are posted :) Some of my friends said that it shows more of the shoe. But then again, they're not really active participants in the challenges. They're registered users but just like to browse the photos and forums :) |

I'll agree with the consensus, I think you entered the better one Rikki.

You made the right choice dude (IMHO). ;-)

Definetly made the right choice. The background is more distracting in the outtake. I also feel that the lower angle gives your entry a stronger feel of relaxing.
