This is really oustanding. Deceptively so. "Objectively" you'd have to say it's "too busy", too mucch distraction, messy water on the walkway, all sorts of "flaws", and yet there's a serenity to this image that really grows on me. The seated figure upper left is absolutely vital to the image, btw. I was surprised to see a comment that he was a flaw.

I believe you are referring to my comment?? I didn't say he was a flaw, just that it was the only thing I found displeasing. By that I meant I keep getting drawn to the person and away from his main subject area. |
