can someone tell me how to create borders around my photographs? or point me in a direction that explains this...thanks a lot |

edit: Sorry just yankin yer chain. :)
In Photoshop, you can create a new layer, CTRL+A (select all) and ALT+E+S (Stroke) and then choose a color and thickness.

In photoshop go to Image and then canvas size..simply add .4 to height and width or any # that appeals to you..check the colour at the bottom..
or follow the finger... |

when i create the new layer it just sits on top of the photograph i already have open...how do i get my photograph to be the top layer? sry...i suck at computers |

In the Layers Pallette, drag the layer to the top of the stack. |

I just finished my border actually. But anyways, I usually go to Canvas size, then add however many pixles I wish, and make sure to click the box relative
