Pawdrix is my new hero(I now present no threat to your CD player Sher).

Have that album in my car ..everyone who flips through my CD case pauses at that one and gives me the what-the-hell? eyebrow.

Keith-You ever hear Toots original version of Pressure Drop...also done by The Clash??? Somehow I think that Toot's concept of pressure is a little different than Joe Srummers was.

As corny as it sounds, I still drool over Astrid Gilberto's voice on The Girl From Ipanema. Have you ever checked out Joao Gilberto or Joao Bosco...really nice Bosa Nova guitar.

I have not heard Pressure Drop. I'll have to check it out...

Astrud Gilberto has the BEST voice EVER! And yes, Joao Gilberto (Astrud's husband) kicks ass.

I usually just leave the radio on in my truck and around like volume of 4 -- not too loud. I like music though. If I put a CD in, it's usually like 50cent or something lol -- not sure why, it just sounds pretty good to me while driving...although I don't have massive speakers or crank the volume up or anything.

If I'm on a long drive where I won't have the radio, I also have my favorite -- Garth Brooks like 2 of his CD's, I have a country compilation of CD's with people on it like Joe Diffie, Travis Tritt or whatever, and a couple others I just know the songs to...I like everything really.

Then there is a C&W (Alan Jackson, Dwight Yokam, Vince Gill, Chris Isaac, Gary Allen, Shania, Patsy Cline, Jim Reeves, Marty Robbins, Skeeter Davis, Jimmie Rodgers, The Browns)plus a couple of 50's/60's oldies from Elvis to Doo wop. Motown, Ricky Nelson, The Chantays, Gene Pitney, Roy Orbinson, and the list goes on.
