Took this the other day out at the State Capital grounds. They have a wall to remember the soldiers from MN who have died. The picture is of the wall with the Capital reflected in it. I have recieved mixed reviews from people so I figured I would see what people here think.

Taking your comment into mind, what about this picture? Only thing I don't know how to fix is the blown out white space from the sky...

Im opposite of louddog. I think the angle works and a tighter composition excluding the eye grabber in the lower right would be excellent.

You now have two comments that say they would prefer to see it 'level' rather than tilted. Neither really explained why though. In my mind, it's a situation of 'static' vs 'dynamic'. One of these two compositions feels much more dynamic than the other.

The tilted shot just makes me want to twist my neck around. I'm voting for the level shot. |
