I got some comments that I did too much to the cats eyes. I did nothing to this picture. His eyes are blue, very blue. I didn't crop, I didn't color balance, I took it and posted it. I just wanted to let you know I didn't change the color of the cats eyes.

not sure why people would think you did. The eyes look very natural to me. Now, this picture I lightened the eyes on...
I didn't change the color, but just brightened them a little.

My kitty has very blue eyes too. I thought this was a great submission. Pets are very important members of the family. |

Is there a reason why your Female cat is called George?
Our female cat is called Tony. Actually when we first found it we thought it was a boy. Later when we found it was female we left it at Tony & say it is short for Antonia ;-)
Edit: Pressed the wrong quote button

Just so you know, you were pointing to your photo as if you were updating your portfolio (private link). The public link is what's needed for it to work in the forums.
The easiest way to do it is to use the last icon above the post text box and just enter the image number.

I like the comment that says the cat really isn't part of a family though...WHAT??? To some people their pets are the only family they have, and what about the cats family? It has a mom and dad and probably sisters and brothers too. Just cause they aren't human means they don't have a family?
I love you photo she/he is beautiful, makes me wish I could have another cat, but the Navy kind of fowns on having them in the barracks. :)

Pets are people too. Just a little fuzzy.

They're our children in fur coats.
(even if mine think they're the baby's nanny) |

My mom thought it would be a nice idea. No real reason, just thought she looked like a George. She's weird what can I say? |
