How does this work for those of us staying with Terry? Do we have time to go clear to PA, nap, and then make it back to DC by 6? How far is Terry's house from DC?

At the moment, given that attendence at Chez Auspitz has dropped, napping will be done down in DC. We have more than enough hotels and floors to crash on.

There should be nappable space at Chez Cooperstein as well... this will become definite upon coordination with either Clara or Terry.

I just wanted to mention that I still have space if anyone coming chooses not to use a hotel. Clara (BLEMT) is the coordinator for all of that logistical stuff, so please let her know if you still require crash space.

2 weeks and one day from now...details/itinerary posted on page 5 of this thread...the all-night shoot is on Saturday, July 30 |

I think I found it. If it's July 29-31 I think we should be able to make it. Also, we could provide room for anyone not wanting to stay at the hotel.

Hi all!! Well Clara has life has gone boom right now and if she doenst get back to you right away thats why, shes heloing a friend in need. Shes not ignoring anyone and has a pile of pms and phoen messages that shes not able to answer right now. She says if you ahve her number, call her and she'll handle it. (it will be voice mail tho most likely... I speak from experience)
If its something important private message me and I will call her and talk to her about it. ::big smile::

As most of you know due to School, Barb isnt able to come now... We have changed it to Same Place (Steve's house)... But will be doing take out (pizza etc)...and just get to know each other
I know I for one am looking forward to seeing all of you and getting a chance to talk and get real hugs :)

Can we bring some sides to go with those pizzas?
If 1 0f 2 people brought the following we could have a feast:
_Veggie platter with dip
_Chips (Fritos, Tortillas, Ridgies)
_Watermelon
_Grapes
_Cherries
_Sodas
_Beer
_Wine Coolers
_Lemonade
_Corn on the cob (kitchen facility required)
_Salt potatoes (see note on corn)
_Store bought potato salad and/or cole slaw
My guess is there's a SuperWalmart or similar somewhere between where we're staying and Steve's place...What does everyone think? (Thoughts especially appreciated from Di, Steve and Clara.)
