Lindt is one of the best, I prefer European chocs over American ones which aren't as creamy and they are filled with too many ingredients.

Cadbury's Top Deck, yum! In fact I just ate 2 pieces of Lindt as I came across this thread. :-)

There are no bad chocolates.
Some may be better than others though.
Send me what you think is not good.

Somewhere near there, although I think it's on another street, maybe Sepulveda; it's close to the neighborhood of Sony (MGM) Studios.

What is that supposed to mean? Ever hear of allergies? I get violently ill if I eat chocolate.

You didn't mention allergies before; you said "don't" not "can't" which sounds to many people like a voluntary choice. I'm sorry about your allergies--I know they can be most serious. Do you carry an Epi-Pen?

Makes no difference what I said or didn't say. Doesn't explain her response.

Chocolate is known to contain compounds which produce a sense of euphoria/good feeling; perhaps she felt you seemed bitter and ill-homored and could benefit from this effect.

Please read the earlier posts -- some people can be (deathly) allergic to chocolate, just as they can be to peanuts (I know someone who died from eating a little sauce in Thailand) or bees (a friend of mine was resuscitated) or a variety of other common foods such as strawberries and shellfish.

Cadbury, Dove, Lindt... and there's another brand of chocolate that I LOVED that a Swiss friend of mine used to send me, but I can't remember the brand of it. I think it started with an F or P or something.. it was like Fritz or Franz or some such. Mmm... chocolate.
