Just interested - I wondered if someone from over the pond can tell me how the tickets for the US concert on July 2nd were distributed ? Over here they were out into a lottery. (My daughter got 2 and can't use them - she is absolutely sick!!!)

The Canadian show used an internet ticket service and they were gone in 22 minutes.

As far as I know, there are no tickets. Why? Because the concert is on the Ben Franklin Parkway, which is a street, connected to the art museum. The bands are all playing on the art museum, the city will be shutting down about 20 blocks long by about 7 blocks wide.

About 1 million people are estimated to show up to philly ON TOP OF our annual Welcome to America 4th of July festivities, which draws usually around an extra 500k people. Needless to say, everyone who lives in the city, is getting the (*%# outta here lol.

I guess I should have mentioned that I might be getting backstage passes for us this weekend but I won't know until later in the week.
