Capture an image similar to one of Leonardo's great paintings, or captures one of his inventions/drawings in action.
Lots of scope, and will get people to think outside the square a bit, do some web surfing and find out what contributions this man made to the modern world...
Thoughts?

would be a very fun challenge. Look for lost of human figures with arms outstretched:-)

With four arms and legs.. Looks for lots of double exposures of people with arms outstretched.. :-).

Would be a good challenge, I think. But I'd also expect lots of "not meeting the challenge topic" from folks who've got little inkling of how diversified Leonardo was as an artist, inventor, etc.
