Yellow cool cats!
I'm looking for some (preferably free) plugins for ps. Anyone got a beat on a good site? Specifically, I'm looking for the plugin with the water reflection thingy. Anyone got a clue 'cause I certainly don;t.

Mystical Lighting looks really cool and there are a few other programs that this company has that might be worth looking into. Not free though. Sorry.

I subscribe to a monthly news letter from the Plugin Site....got a lot of free and, if nothing else, interesting filters:

Xero Graphics and Web design filters totally freeware no gimmicks... Click the Plug-in Link on the menu... I use mostly the filters in sets 2 and 4...Soft Vignette filter has zoom in/out which is pretty cool.

Yes, XERO Is very good for free effects filters. They have a "supersmoother" that's a decent, free standin for Neat Image. I also love their "Mystifier".
