So, I have one shot in my portfolio that I haven't posted anywhere, wasn't a part of a challenge, isn't selected as a favorite, but it has somehow managed to rack up about 750 views:



My next highest number of views is 85(for non-challenge shots). Any thoughts where where these views are coming from?

I just receintly added this and so far it has 199 views. I figure its me each time I look at it??

90% of my *challenge* entries don't have that many views.. my highest view count in portfolio images is 155. *sigh*

I can only come to the conclusion that people hate my work.

Maybe because a lot of folks in DPC Prints like to look at it? I noticed that prints were available.

Just about all my other shots, even other Orchids, have DPCprints with them. I can't remember where I saw it, but I want to say that this photo has zero to little views listed in DPCprints.

I think the secret is... NUDITY!!!

I listed this in the nude gallery:

And its gots 300 more views than my other photos from the same collection!!!

What does that say! eh?!

750 views is GREAT!
Had me curious and took a look now that we can sort our portfolio stats due to recent updates (thanks D&L!) and see that that is A LOT of views for a shot that didn't enter into a challenge.
(looking at our own when logged in does not add to the tally btw bcoble)

In comparison, only 2 of my challenge shots without a ribbon did better than that, and non-challenge images were similar, with the highest viewed one being also in the nude gallery.
(it does have a nekked butt in there..)

Feel proud - those are pretty impressive numbers.

Hey scalvert - ever think of the stand up comedy circuit? LOL

I have to admit that one of my worst pics was a nude/scored badly as it should have (no time for post editing) but I have gotten personal emails and the most views on it. But it was in a challenge.
