I only have PS Elements 2. I haven't talked myself into laying out the cash for CS yet. I was trying to find the dodge/burn tools. The help mentions them as part of the "Toning Tools" but doesn't give clear instructions on how to use them. Can you dodge and burn in PSE2? If so, I'd appreciate some direction.

Hopefully I'll be buying CS before too long!

Yes you can.

Being new to image editing (on the level that we do here on DPC), in the tool palette the dodge looks like a little blue circle with a stick hanging off of it (like a lollipop). The burn looks like a finger. They are right next to each other on the tool palette in the Mac OS X version of PS Elements 2.
