Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me out i was wondering how one goes about copyrighting their photos? do you have to have a copyright license or just put the info using photoshop?

thanks for the web site i searched it but all that came up were legal offices.

The basic short answer is that (in the USA) your work is copyrighted as soon as you create it, you should put a copyright notice on anything you display or distribute to the public, and that to actually sue someone for infringement you have to first register it with the Copyright Office.

All of the forms and instructions you need are available from the copyright office as downloadable PDF (Acrobat) files. If you want to read more about copyright you should check out the books available from Nolo Press.
