After many e-mails back and forth here is what I have put together:

One day waterfall workshop, visit three waterfalls in the Hamilton/Burlington area and will be run by James Sidney.

This workshop would be just for the DPC crew (but feel free to invite others) and there is a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10. We need to confirm the date by the April 16 and provide payment by April 30.

Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm (This is flexible depending on participants)
Cost: ($99.00 plus GST) = $106.00
Price includes: Lunch, snacks and the workshop booklet.

The plan would be to meet at a carpool lot near Hwy 403
then proceed as a group to the first location.

Here is the link to his web site: //www.jamessidney.com

If you are interested please post a reply (I̢۪m not at my e-mail of record most of the time) and I̢۪ll PM you more details.

So far we have 4 people that have expressed an interest. Anyone else?

Sure, what the hell, I'll go. Also, the Minister of Finance approves.

I see Webster's Falls is part of this. My Free Study entry was from there, and there are a bunch of other Webster's Falls shots in my portfolio, scenic.

The workshop is going ahead, even though we did not get the minimum number. Soooooo, if anybody wants to come along, get in touch with James.

Thanks, but I'll be down in the booming metropolis, Plattsburgh, New York, visiting my brother. But be sure to take a walk down the river a bit, some good stuff to see, just don't fall in!
:-)

How deep/fast is the water? Can you cross the river in boots?

Not when I was there. It didn't look too deep, but it was very fast, I wouldn't try it. There was a tree lying across it (see photo) if you're daring.
