Okay...I now the challenge starts in 6 minutes, and as I nervously wait to begin to hit the update button 1000+ times before bed, I was processing (playing with) some other options for this challenge...



Let's see your outtakes.

Three minutes to go and I'm so contemplating pulling my entry...got another 100 seconds to decide whether or not to do so, I think.

I went with something more processed..more dramatic, with more impact. This outtake is a bit, boring. I think it has better composition than my entry...who knows. Too late now to change..

Thanks, this was almost my choice, I wonder how people would have scored it, Im currently at 6.0 with the entry I went with.

Edit: These are not post-processed at all (except for the last one) - I eliminated them before even trying to edit them...

Last 5 hours, 5 different directions, 5 beers consumed and with 5 seconds to spare, I finally submitted what I thought was the least worst.

Here's one outtake from an idea that I abandoned:

I like #2. I like the high contrast duotone.. feels like a very old photo
