Can anyone identify these flowers? They are about 3 inches in diameter and reside in a forest in New England. Thanks.

Buy a book that covers all your native plants. If you can't find one then write one.

Don't think so. Close though. They almost look like crocuses. The yellow centers are different and the crocus leaves are more pointed, I think. Do we have a botanist in the house? :) And thank you for the comment about the shot. |
