Canon 18-55mm EF-S lens
Kit lens for the 300D.
I don't think you can't buy it as a stand alone. |

They're often resold, not too hard to find used. |

What rules? LOL.
No, teacher, I sent mine in through the contacts page, honestly... just thought I'd post here so people don't duplicate effort.
See there was a reason ;) |

So why include mount information--it will just lead to a fourfold or more increase in the number of lenses in the list. Is there a reason we need to know mounts? |
Including the mount information will allow us to tie the lenses into shopping information, as we have done with cameras. From a shopping standpoint, a different mount means a different item.

This is great to see. Wonderful addition.
Could you add:
Sigma EX 70-200, f2.8, APO,HSM for Canon. All you have listed are IF, They come without IF also.
Were you planning on listing Tele Converters.
If so, please add Sigma 1.4 and 2.0 AF.
Why do you show one lens as a default lens, as one may use a different one quite frequently.
Great job and many thanks.
Edit: Add to lens description.

Well I sent this in via email with my statement that I needed it for a Canon. Should I send another request without the mount request? I see we can go through and mark our portfolio, and most of my shots use this lens!

We're actually giving the arrangements for lenses with multiple mounts some second thoughts so hang tight for a bit. If we keep it the way it is, we'll make sure yours gets added. |

All I get is a None/Camera Integrated
Guess My "Weapon" isn't good enough for this place now.
Maybe it's time to go get a "real" camera....
Nah - have a few more goals to acheive with this one first. |

I think you are mixing up IF (internal focusing) and IS (image stabilization).
The Sigma 70-200 is, as far as I know, not available with IS.

Terry,
You are right about the IF designation. My lens has internal focusing but it isn't marked on the lens. None of them for that matter are marked, so I was looking for a listing that didn't include the IF designation. I will just use the one listed.
Thanks,
Dick
