Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0L USM

Greetings...

Do you feel like you are in a rut? Have you submitted to a lot of challenges and can't seem to improve? Have you never scored higher than 6.0? Would you like some 1 on 1 help?

I will challenge 'tutor' the first person who signs up here that meets the following criteria:

1. Has participated in at least 20 challenges
2. Has an average score received of less than 5.2
3. Has never scored over 6.0 in a challenge
4. Must have Yahoo Messenger

What a great offer! I just miss the qualifications.

3. Scored over 6.0 2x
4. I have a Yahoo email, but not Messenger

I'm in the same boat as Roxanne.

20 challenges
Average just under 5.2

however...

2 entries over 6.

Well, I've only entered 6 challenges, average 4.9 or so, never a six, and I reckon if I enter 20 challenges, I'd STILL average 4.9 or so, never a six. And yes, I do have Yahoo messenger. What do you reckon?

I sent you a pm about this.. allthough i have got just over a 6 twice i have hit under a 5 many more times i have yahoo messenger and would relish the chance to learn whatever you could show me.. thank you.

This is highly noble of you John...is there a way that some of the information you pass on can somehow be placed into a tutorial. At least that way, you can educate the masses after educating a single lucky person from amoung all of us.

Oh, and being from Hickory, why didn't you enter the last 'Signs' challenge? With stretches of pavement like '1st 5th St Ave' (exageration, I know), you should have been a shoe-in.

You know what sounds kind of cool...would be a mentor challenge all the ribboneer guys/gals take on a protege and then those proteges (only) would compete on behalves of themselves and their mentor...

Me me me pick me!! lol, I meet all the criteria except the yahoo messenger and could get that real easy. My current shot in the tacks challenge is above a 6 but it hasn't ended yet.

I could say that I pass all the criteria for this year only....
my feather photo has made it past the 5.2 mark just a little more then a year a go..... I would just like to have a few more comments to what I might can do different to make any of my pictures better or for what to do in the future....The buddy system works good so if any one still interesting in getting help I give back comments to those who comment...on any photos not just challenges..

What a terrific offer... I'm almost tempted to hire a hacker to create me a new profile with 20 entries under 6!!... It'd definately be worth it to get the advice of Mr Setzler on a semi-regular basis. As it is, I have yahoo messenger, but that's the sum total of my credentials :).
