Need a wedding photographer...badly

I need someone to shoot my wedding but I have all the equipment. How much would someone charge for that, does it make a difference? We are trying to watch our spending but I don't want to hand my camera to my uncle...dilemma. I thought it would be cool if I could trade my services for someone to shoot my wedding. They would have to live near the Dallas area. I don't know, I reaching for anything. The wedding is Aug 6th of this year...fast I know.

I know what you might ask next, and no he is my best man and the other friends I have that are photographers are groomsmen.

Portfolio will give you an idea of some weddings I've done. I have a wedding lined up for June, and am assisting in one in May. August is currently open. If you'd like to talk further mail me and I can come out and talk with you and your fiance and show you some prints of previous weddings.

It is Aug 6th this year. I would love to see some shots that you have or anyone that is interested. I know beggers can't be choosers but this is my one and only wedding, praying it is atleast.

Those proposal pictures are moving.

Since your in Dallas TX why not do a GTG for all the DPCers and have them all take your wedding shots? lol this way you can pick out the best and delete the rest. :D

Maybe DPC will put up an August Challenge "Clint's Wedding". Then we can pick the best shots, and all you have to do is order the ones you want on DPCPrints!

I still haven't gotten my wedding photo's printed yet.... It's only been 14 years, so I guess I have some time yet. Anyone know a place to get medium format negatives scanned to digital?

I'm just a couple hours down the road.. But I think you would have to be realy desparate to need me to shoot it for you.. I don't have much experience with glamor/people shots..I've only had one model shoot... But if you don't find anyone I might be willing to give it a try.
