This is on the evening of the 8th and leaving on the 10th of April correct?

There's 2 in my party and she's not to keen on the out of doors (camping that is), so I'm looking getting a room at that hotel that is pretty close to that RV park. We can hook up with ya early Sat, possibly check in with ya Friday night (we will most likely be there first).

If the dates are right let me know so I can book it now...rooms are going fast out there.

Yes, those are the dates! We'll be there from April 8th (late) through 10th (mid day). I hope our cell phones work while we are there! We'll try to come up with a meeting spot just in case for Saturday :)

Andy, once I get my confirmation in the mail with directions to our campground, I'll tell you where it is so you can meet us in the morning on Saturday. I think we are going to get up for Sunrise and then nap a tiny bit before heading out for the day. Or we may just make it an early day and and early night... I have to talk to the group...

For Saturday, should we just head out before sunrise, use the morning through sunset (then call it a night) or should we get up for sunrise, take a nap, then head out at 10am for the day and come back after sunset? What is the consensus. I'd love to hear from each of you!!! Post here!

I think it'll all depend what time we get there friday and how many good night shots we get. If we what we want that night then i would go with morning through sunset schedule. If not then i the we should go with the nap idea. I dont know about you guys but when i'm up i cant get back to sleep for a while. But what ever the group goes with i'm fine with it.

Another question is someone going to bring a laptop (I dont have one) so we can transfer pics over and burn to cd without worring about how many shots we have left. Just wondering if i need to purchase another 2 gig before this date comes.

I don't have a laptop to offer. I wish I did. Let's see if anyone else is willing to bring theirs before you go out to buy more memory. :)

So, have any of you been to Anza Borrego before? If so, what areas do you like best? Where should we go? I am really excited to see the "badlands" and also the slot. Where's the waterfall and stream where the animals drink? Is that easy to get to?
