I was planning to submit this for the Lines challenge with a title âHer Hair in the Windâ, but I submitted something totally different. My question is whether it would fit the challenge and what would you change /do to improve this picture . I know, it would be nice to have her eyes open. I tried to burn the background to make it dark like in the lower left corner but it did not worked well for me. Is there any technique in PS cs which would allow me to extract the head with the hair and then change the background?

Nice picture, however I predict it would have been penalized for not meeting many folks definition of the challenge.

I think it's nice and I like how it loosely meets the challenge. But I also believe that it may not have scored well because it may be a stretch for some people to consider it meeting the challenge.

This was my "Lines" entry.
I just didn't like it well enough. I decided not to enter it.

My entry is on a rapid descent,
and the eternal question...
maybe this would have been better? LOL

I was hoping to reshoot this in better light and with a tripod so the focus would be sharper but didn't get a chance.

Maybe one of these two would have done better than the one I submitted...
