I have recently been learning how to use PS cs in a bit more detail. I have been practising correcting skys using layering and copying other skies in and I now require some opinions. Especially regarding composition and also how dark or light to make the subject.

first of all one thing: it would be nice to see in the picture page at your coments the data regarding how did you take the pictura and the transformations (post processing) that you did to achieve the final result.
But my comment: I like the two first ones more, specially the tree one. All of them seems good from the composition prespective although I would like to see how the light worked more from behind the horse head and between him and the person. But all seems nice.

Dramatic shapes are great for adding interest to a sunset or sunrise. Nice work.

| Justin, you did a great job with your post processing and choosing skies that compliment the subject. In the statue, there is a distracting green spot in the sky, and in the tree you've got some airplane trails. Did you consider some additional post-processing work to clone those out? I think the statue is my favorite one of the three that you posted. |
