| The Indenpence Mall @ 5 th & Market..There a new visiter center musuem.Open new last summer. Belieive it a free entrance.This is where the Liberty Bell at.From Convention Center to Indenpence Mall walking distance about 4 to 5 blocks away.Go to Pat's Steaks @ 9th & Worthon for the best philly cheesesteak around.Good Luck Rock |

My first stop after dropping my fam off at the convention center was going to check out the liberty bell. It took longer to get thru security than to see the damn bell. I wasn't very impressed :p
The visitor center museum was pretty boring too. I prefer the street scenes, really. I don't much like touristy things!
But alas, I did not have a cheesesteak. Actually, we spent a lot of time looking for decent restaurants around the convention center. Reading terminal is a madhouse!

Oh, EXCELLENT! Thanks for that link!
I was totally infatuated with those mosaics, it's good to know whodunnit!
P.S. Skiprow, I personally love madhouses (I'm currently in one ahaha) - but some of my family got a little shaken, and stirred. ;) |

cool photos, I think I could swing an April get together. I wont really know until it gets closer to that month.
If you can make it down sooner thatd be cool too. Im trying to get to the Dali' exhibit myself, so perhaps if you want to come down for a weekend sooner we can have a get together for march too. JUst a thought.

i hope ya'll have a great time...the way my april looks right now, my getting to philly will be because of a last second schedule change :-(

Groovy!
Well, I know for sure I'll be in Philly this August. There's another trade show my cousin will be attending so I'm there.
As for April, I've got a big vacation at the end of the month, but maybe a day trip would be doable in March... there's still so much more to see!
Well, either way let's keep in touch about some shootin' times!
