Looks noisy!
Or like if you had added a texture to it u know!
I like the tones, is it straigt outta the camera? I mean the sepia tone? |

My thoughts....
Positive: Good mood set by the use of sepia and the grain/noise
What I think could improve it....
* More contrast to enhance the texture of the wood on the building and the drama in the sky
* Crop more on the bottom and less on top and left. To me this would give more context to the photo.

Do you have an opportunity to reshoot this? It looks like the subject and location is great! I would keep trying on this one if you can...
Edit: Do you have the original that we can see?

I tried to add some noise and texture to it, to make it look older. thanks for the info guys. yeah I can reshoot it. The place is awesome, it was an old school. You can go inside and even go into the basement, althought the foundation is almost completely gone so I'm not sure how much I would hangout down there. |

Well, even without one, you could treat this building as a bit of a personal documentary project (especially if you think it will fall down or erode over the next few years).
Pick an angle/composition that works. Then go back every few weeks, and take a photo from the same spot (at different times of the day, different weather and seasons) and in a few years you'll have a really cool series of photos...

I would definitely reshoot it when the sky is less bland and ligting is a bit more dramatic (perhaps you can fake it in PS by burning/dodging if you are good at it, I am not). Also, I'd crop out part of the grass in front of the house. |

Looks like a bit of camera shake to me. What shutter speed did you use? Did you use a tripod? The subjest is great. Which direction were you cacing? Could you retake it at better time? Like maybe as the sun is setting or with a better sky? |

I added a little blur to try and soften the image. |
