...photographers are freaks. (based on these self-portraits)
even if we all look homicidal, you have to admit we take some damn nice photos. pat yourself on the back, these entries look fantastic.

i know mine is pretty wacked out i'm going to take a look at others now......be back to edit the post with my thoughts
*ok yep we are all of the wall (of corse since most ppl. walk on the floor) we really need to stop being so strange....

I was looking at some of the thumbs and I have to say that this is quite a good collection of images. Good job everyone!

Yeah, they look good. I've been voting and there are a few I love. Even the ones that are over-the-top melodramatic (most) are quite good...

I agree. Really a creative bunch for sure. I wasn't sure what to expect.
Of course I did something creative that 50% of the people won't understand. Which means I'll be lucky to hit 5. |

This is probably the most entertaining challenge I've voted on in a while. Well done to all. 'Insane' is unquestionably the most appropriate description I can offer of the dpc community as a collective :P.

Just had a quick look at the images and WOW they are great!!.
Really looking forward on the voting. I love the way people have been a bit creative in an artistic sense, congratulations on all who entered. |

Just did a quick run through and WOW! Am I ever impressed with this challenge. I was too chicken to enter, couldn't figure out a way to have me in the shot without showing my ugly mug, but I must not have been thinking seeing some of the entries. Well done people.

| Is anyone else feeling guilty about voting low. IT is much harder to do when looking at the person in their face. This will probably be my highest voted challenge. :P |

I just had a look at the thunbnail pics ... a huge amount of black and white photos in there. I guess photogs don't see themselves as colourful people.
As for me, I didn't get around to doing a self-portrait this time around. |

That must explain my 5.4 so far. That's a pretty good score for me. I expected much worse.

No, you see, what happened was I took a bunch of self portraits earlier today of me drinking...
...more "interesting" type portraiture the community here is used to seeing from me. i was in the process of working on editing them when i got a call from a friend.
being drunk i stayed out past midnight and my crappy filler photo that I uploaded a few days ago in case i didn't get the chance to get drunk and take really weird photos is looking at me on the side of my homepage...
it's embarassingly usual and also quite bad so go vote accordingly
edit: not that there is anything wrong with usual, I just don't appear to be any good at it :)

Awesome...glad to hear it. I'm still on the wagon for another two weeks, but may be stopping through NY on a business trip in March...I see good things in our future. |
