I'm trying to think of something new to do when this one is complete. I'm hoping this one will get finished at the end of next week or sooner. Keep an eye on this thread though. If I need an additional volunteer, which is entirely possible, you can participate.

I am really working on this, but I've been having trouble finding a really "good" subject. I should be sending you something by tomorrow night, plus the new release.

I'm working on finding suitable subjects today as well. Should have the release and shots early next week. 8)

It's looking nice :)

When I get the rest of the photos and get these presentations finished, here is what I will be doing:

1. I will be asking for at least two other people to 'proof' them with me. I will be proofing them myself, but extra eyes will be required.

2. I will be making a proof print of each of them as well.

3. Once we have determined that the presentations are 'finished', I will be making the final presentations available to everyone on the project. I will make them available for immediate download. For those who do not wish to download them, I will mail them to you on a CD ROM. I will be preparing a PDF document with scans of all the 'release' forms to include in the package.

** I'm still waiting on the new forms from a lot of people **

I also intend to send something to you before tomorrow night on the X-shape...how ironic, the X-shape must be (by far) the easiest one to find...I mean, any intersecting lines will work!

It's just a matter of finding the perfect ones!

I would like your opinion for my X shaped photo:

Thanks!

I think for the project, I prefer the third as it's the most straight-forward and X-like...

Is this pipe any better an "L" than the other?

Okay, I sent through two photos, but I think this is the one I like:

Now I just have to send the form...

You would think T would be the next easiest, if not the easiest to find. But it sure wasn't, so I know what you mean.

Is my photo okay?

I took my "H" color shots today, but I'm very unhappy with how they turned out, so I will try again as soon as possible. (And I thought the b/w one would be more difficult!)

I think you're right--this is the one. It has the tilt right, for me. Nice find!

I like the pipe. Can't easily see the other one from the poster (didn't look for it elsewhere, being lazy.)

I think you could consider increasing the contrast a bit. I did this version by playing with setting the Black and White points.

Since you can edit anyway you want to (no challenge restrictions here) you might want to isolate the pipe and change its contrast while leaving the tiles more subdued.

My upside-down llama suffers a similar/worse fate.

I'll make a mask and fade the background around the pipe. Thanks for the feedback.

Yes.. I will send out a note at the end of this week to the people who haven't sent them. I would love to get all those back before I get the last photo in.
