my knee surgery went well this morning and I have been at home resting. I had to get out of bed and hobble to the couch just to get out of bed for a little bit. I have a little pain, but the meds are really good so its al good so far. Tomorrow will be a different story.
sorry no photos of the surgery

No photos? What kind of photog are you????? LOL
Glad you're doing well and that the pain is being controlled. Brace yourself for physical therapy, because it WILL hurt...but it's completely worth it. Keep us posted with your progress! :o)

thanks everyone, im real tired today as I didnt sleep well last night. Plus I got up at 5am so Shannon could fix me breakfast. I guess the pain meds are givin me weird dreams and making me feel funny. I havent seen any pink elephants yet so I guess thats a good thing

If you do see pink elephants, please have your camera handy and share!
:>)
Meanwhile, macros and setups could do something for the boredom factor that will likely set in.
Speedy recovery! |

So how are you doing now?
My wife had surgery on her feet last Friday and I had to take care of her for a couple days :) She is doing pretty good so far she went back to work on Tuesday. Thank goodness we have been married for going on 31 years and they do deliver PIZZA!

I hope all goes well! I've had six knee surgeries and an ankle reconstruction. I know the routine well. Best of luck with your recovery!

Yes I am doing good. Luckily I can work from home so thats a huge benefit. The cryo-cuff (cold pack) really helps as well.

I have an interior cruciate that needs a fixing becuse its torn (or so the DR told me), but 2 days before the the surgery it felt fine. I backed out of the operation, and its felt great sence then. (about a year ago)
I know I may have to get it done at some time. But until it starts hurting again....I am not going in.
Hope your rehab goes well James...good luck. |
