| Does anyone know of a freeware or shareware RAW view that will convert to jpg? I took some pictures this morning and I don't have a RAW viewer on my work computer... |

Another great program here which I've been using for years (and love the multi-file rename option in this program also).
Free and reliable, give it a go.

anyone got a version that will work in GIMP without having a compiler and being able to open TAR files?

Won't Canon File Viewer Utility convert files to jpgs? Mine does. You can download it free from Canon.

| Anyone know of one that works with linux? I haven't had much luck finding a free one that reads cr2 files |
