The one with the dog jumping is just incredible, although I love all of them. The middle one I wish it could have been done with cigars in their mouths. I know no parent wants to see their kid smoke. I think you should enter the last one in movie titles (Dog day afternoon). Only thought of it becuase I was going to do it, but my dogs are terrible models.

They're all great but the third is my favorite by far. The stop action is timed perfectly, and the brighter snow behind him almost looks like a spotlight. Nice to see more shots of the CALENDAR model, btw :0)
Have an off-topic question, but how does your 20D perform in the cold weather? Battery life is affected, I'm sure, but any other problems? |

Greetings,
I've got to join the majority here in saying the third shot is awesome, it looks to me like the dog just realized that the snow is cold on his paws and has a "Oh Sh&t" look on his face, gave me a good laugh.

I just adore all three and love the pure energy of "pure" photography at its best!! Nice pic you've posted on your profile page, too!

I also have to agree that the third shot is awesome. Perfect capture of a "mouse pounce" often seen done by foxes. Great timing.

They are all great shots. The third one is my favorite, how about some additional information like lens aperture and shutter speed.
Thanks

You have captured more than a dog... you created a moment in time. For me the restless feeling created by the pure white snow immidiatly behind that magnificent creature makes this one of the most pleasing animal pics I've ever seen.
Can I ask what breed of dog is it.. for my untrained eye it looks like an American Pitbull, not the AMSTAF, though.
