Anyone take the time to read over the new iStockPhoto TOS and the supplier TOS?

It's too long and boring for me. I am hoping someone could tell me whether or not they put in any "show stoppers" that would make us hesitate or refuse to sign.

I have not signed yet, I am waiting the 20 days to see what happens

I printed both out and am taking them to work with me today. The indemity clause is what makes me hesitate. It gives istock exclusive rights to defend against suits and the photographer has to pay them. That means you can't hire your own represenative.

It's lame that they don't just spell out what new things you are signing up to...
