i took this shot today (snow day, school cancelled...had to take pictures).

sadly the sky was overcast and my shots are really hurting.

is there anyway to bring some life back into this shot?

Once something like that sky is blown out like that, it's almost impossible to "fix", though by modifying it a bit, the shot can look a little more presentable: (3 minute edit if that)

It's essentially hopeless. Oddly, the real problem isn't the blown sky but the lack of separation of tree from background treeline...
