Originally posted by ClubJuggle: If more than one photographer signs up for a given country, the project editors will choose an image to use from the eligible submissions. |
Originally posted by ClubJuggle: For this project, as with Fifty States, I am not making primary and alternate assignments. Everyone assigned to a country may submit, and the one or more entries will be chosen by the project editors. |

Names are chosen on a volunteer basis. Generally speaking a person must live or have lived in a country to represent it. If a person does not live in a particular country, but has spent significant amounts of time there and wants to represent it, at my discretion I may list them as an alternate. Submissions from alternates have less chance of being chosen than from a primary -- and may be passed up even if there is no primary.
All primary photographers are on equal footing with each other, and all alternates are on equal footing with each other. Editorial decision will be made based subjectively on quality and fitness to the project. Alternates are listed in italics.
Quite likely I will be using multiple photographs per country, when available... so if your country is represented please sign up!
-Terry

I'm surprised no Scots have signed up yet! Oh, and you can put me down as an alternate for England (London & South East) if you want more from there :o)

Me traes unas hallacas por favor? |
Voy a tratar.
Saludos Alex |

I'd do Lithuania, but I don't live there anymore. The only photos I got are from couple years ago. And I am not sure when I'll go there again.

Do you think you have anything you'd like to submit among those photos?

A question: Should the photographs representing the specific country be photographs of a single site/scene/whatever I'm shooting, or can it be a Diptych/Triptych/Photomontage of several other shots?

Terry, your post of 12/03 spoke of a list of photographers...I cannot find this.
I volunteered for MEXICO. Please advise me if I am listed, and approximate dates of project.
Thanks, John Masquelier |

A single photograph is best. Since the collective project itself is a photomontage of sorts, single photographs will make the most sense.
