I'm not sure when you started the challenge, but I never received an email regarding the start of this speed challenge. I double checked my preferences and my preference is checked to be notified and also made sure the email is correct.
Was an email not sent out for this challenge? Just an FYI if you need to double check my settings. |

The challenge was posted at midnight and I already got the email. Check to see if your spam filter ate it... also I'm not sure how long the system takes to generate and send the several thousand such emails that have to go out. It's possible it didn't get to yours yet.

My guess is that the SQL server does what SQL servers like to do and sorts by the primary key -- which in this case is the USER_ID. The effect of this would be that the earlier you signed up for DPChallenge, the sooner your email is sent.

how does one get to change their name?
i'd like to change mine, start afresh and
get a good name for myself :)

Looks like I'm gonna' have to hit up the neighborhood - tree is still in the box in the garage, as are all the decorations.
(At least it will be easy to "clean up" after Christmas...)

This is going to be tough for me -- I've been intentionally avoiding Christmas decorations as I think most look EXTREMELY tacky. I'm sure there's something out there that isn't though.

Huh?
I was referring to going out & about to find something to shoot, as we have nothing put up this year. Usually there is so much stuff, it takes a couple days to put everything back in their boxes and put back in the "seasonal" area of the garage overhead.
Maybe it is a good thing I'm not in your neighborhood... :P

Long story....
Also been just too danged busy with the shop and travelling around the State to shoot the wrestlers: May I introduce... and edit the shots and do all the webmaster stuff: Poway Wrestling Photo Album.
Tomorrow, I am heading to Reno (600+ miles away) for a 2-day Nat'l event they are attending, then as soon as that is done on Tuesday evening, I'll be jumping back in the car and driving straight back, just in time to open up the shop on Wednesday morning. 
Anyone know where I can get a clone?

When I last looked in my diary Christmas is on the 25th
Today is the 19th..........
When do people feel it is reasonable to put up Christmas decorations and trees.....
I usually go for a few days before, then take them down on 12th night... |

I got mine right after midnight. Usually I don't get them at all.

| Ok I have a question what do you consider “Classy Holiday Decorations” and where do you draw the line that makes them become tacky? The reason I ask is I have a good idea [IMO] but don’t want to get out at midnight and freeze my boys off to get a picture that most will consider tacky. |
