Definitely an improvement, though that hair looks a bit green. |

These aren't as over the top as the others but they still look fake. |

It looks like green is that womans hair color. Great job. Very glamour looking. It that's what you were going for than it's right on the money. |

Since you're already into changing their appearance in post processing... Here's another idea which will help make them look a bit more alive:
1) Use the magic wand to select the whites of their eyes (but only the whites).
2) Feather your selection by 3 pixels.
3) Use a hue/sat layer and drop the saturation by 25, don't click ok yet.
4) On that same layer, increase brightness by 5. Now click ok.
Now repeat the same steps above on their teeth.
You may want to do these as individuals. For example, I usually do both eyes of one person on one layer. Then do both eyes of the next person on the next layer. Same thing for the teeth. The main reason is that one person's eyes may be a bit more bloodshot than anothers ... or their teeth might be a bit more yellow. So doing one individual at a time will let you customize the treatment.
Also, looking at the lady on the right in your "before after-4-small.jpg" picture, you might want to dodge her eyes a bit too. She has some heavy shadow around that area that is making her eyes disappear into the darkness. Don't do it a lot ... just enough to make her eyes more visible.
If you get a chance to reshoot those two ladies, watch the background. The wallpaper on the left is a bit confusing.
Other than that... keep 'em coming. :-)

The second one would be better if you hadn't simply covered up the bags under her eyes. Could be improved, though I've found that bags under the eyes can be quite hard to improve... |

Wow, those look great! Do you mind sharing what you did in photoshop to get those finalized results? I'd like to touch up my photos but I sure as heck can't get them looking like that!
Nice work! |

Hmmm...not quite sure I like that over-processed look. The edited photos almost look like different people. The tricky part in portrait editing is to make the subject look good without having that fake over-processed look. Better than the first attempts though.

The first one looks excellent. The 2nd and 3rd look a bit over processed. You shaved off a good 10 years from their appearance. :)

My criticism of your previous versions was mainly about facial shaping, and I think you've been a hell of a lot more sympathetic here. it's a great trick to learn, and to play with. It's use, to my mind, should be restricted. |

For my2cworth. It seems that p/s prtraits seems to be mandatory. In doing so I feel that the charactor of that person goes as well, and you end up with portaits with a sameness about them ,which says nothing about that person.IMHO. |

You know, I have come to really resent the photographs of women you see in magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Women's Day, etc. I think they present a pseudo-perfection of physical beauty that are really destructive to the self esteem of many young women. In addition, this kind of phonyness I don't find attractive in the least. They all look plastic. |
