Not that it really makes a whole lot of difference in the grand scheme of things, but I'm kinda excited about it. Santa really surprised me this year! :o)

PS... I had asked for a D70, but Santa didn't get my letter in time I guess. I still have 30 days to decide if I like this one or not. Maybe you guys can help sway me one way or the other! That is, of course, assuming I figure out the damn thing by then! LOL

me, i'm a sinner too. already got my xmas box... the black rebel. and a week later the canon50mm f1.8. and this week the 75-300(i think)f4.5 canon lens with image stabilizer.... oh happy days...! think i should stop for now. ;-)

Yeah!!! Another one on our side! Congrats Laurie! I just got... ahem, i mean SANTA just got me, a 100mm macro and now I'm looking at the 10-22mm. It's a disease. Don't let the L's get you... you'll never be free again!!!

Honestly if I were you and if I didn't have any tendencies toward Canon glass, I'd go back and get me a Nikon D70. But welcome to club 300D if you decide to keep it!
