If you are a Dallasite and would like to meet up with Kenny, Laurieblack, and myself this Saturday to search for Dallas Landmarks, Meet us at the Kennedy Memorial at 3:30pm. We will see what's in downtown, and branch off from there.

Perhaps we'll even all get a bite to eat afterwards!

Oh man I would love to go but have a shoot Sat afternoon at 2. If something happens that they cancel, I would love to join y'all. I doubt they will though because it's for Christmas pictures.

Keep me in mind next time. I live in Arlington and although I have lived in DFW most of my life, I hate driving in Dallas by myself. I get lost everytime.

Is the Kennedy Memorial a landmark? Maybe you could take phtos of that and then go have afternoon tea.

Not sure I want to do this challenge :)

The last two times I tried photographing downtown Dallas and Ft Worth I got stopped by the police!

So what were you doing wrong Robin that the police stopped you? Going the wrong way on a one way street? :) I have a heck of a time with all the one way streets in Ft.Worth.

I was photographing the Angels on the Bass Performance Hall in Ft Worth and the other buildings in Dallas.

Since 9/11 it is a whole new world when photographing buildings and such.

I took pictures all over downtown Ft. Worth back during the first weekend of November and didn't get stopped once. Maybe I just don't look like a threat... LOL ;o)

Yeah you are not a "male" and you do not have a "beard" :)

I shaved mine off after the incident in Ft Worth!

But for the sake of keeping peace I won't go down that road!

Don't forget, anyone in the DFW area is welcome to come play with us! Rain should hold off until Sunday they say!
