For a turkey hunt tomorrow, its on private land and not many people go there. They are taking there guns. I am only taking my camera.

Hope there is no rain.

mmmmmm....wild turkey. you may want to talk with the hunters too. Your camera clicking, etc. could scare off the birds. They are very skittish. Be sure to at least turn off any beeps, etc. I need to figure out how to mount my D70 to my shotgun...that would be fun!!

Turkey shoots are fun. I do them on some saturday mornings myself at the local vfw. It's sorta fun because i have a cheapazz Harrington & Richardson single action / single shot 12 guage. I think I paid $79 for it new. There are people at these events with shotguns that cost big money with custom chokes and I think my win average is as good as any of theirs... lol.. It's fun either way :)

Benjamin Franklin proposed the wild turkey as the national bird.

I prefer a shot of Wild Turkey rather than the other way 'round myself ...

Remember if they give you a turkey after their hunt, dig out the BBs, they are hard on the teeth.

Well on the way there a little drive by shooting.

We get in the woods and I find me nice quiet place to sit.

We can hear the gobbler's talking, but the woods so thick
we can not see them, I think know were here.
Sure enough they had back door! Damn

To get to the back door I had to walk in this with my 130 dollar sneakers on what a pisser.

Get there and get one shot off, O well maybe next week I will go back to see if I can get a picture of Tom.

Found box car willy's home.

And I know this is shitty pic, but I found xmas tree.

Right before we left my first shot of the moon.
