Yeah, after all that, they cancelled my order even though they admit to having sent me the email and that I'm a legit user. Basically too many orders and they scammed us legit ones because some people cheated. Nice.
Won't be using them again, I'm afraid. Shittiest customer service/customer relations I've seen in quite awhile.
Offer good thing free. Don't give separate coupon codes. Be surprised when 100000 people order them.
Rejects.

How have the scammed you exactly ? Taken your money ? Stolen your images ? Sounds like they've sent you a new offer to still get the free album ?
Doesn't sound like a real good scam. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to fair to accuse them of fraud on a public forum.

Actually they didn't send me the offer for the new free one. They said too bad so sad. They were SUPPOSED to, but they even took that back. As far as taking anything else, how about time? How about I ordered one to see if the quality was any good to use as a gift for the holidays and now I have to rush some orders thru Shutterfly to accomplish the same thing. And how about the couple hours it took to do that book? Doesn't count? It wasn't a "they took my money!" scam like the damned Nigerians do it, but it was still a fraud. I asked THEM for the coupon. I wasted MY time not only creating the book but being in contact with them to solve the problem and all I got was a big fat too bad. Scam.

| Please read my experience with Mypublisher //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=143499. I wonder why they're giving away free books - probably to attract new customers because they're losing people who have had bad service from them like me. |
