I think your idea is not really clear in this shot, maybe just for me, but i don't see connection between the sandals and that object at the right. I think i like the light and those pale colors at this shot, but i think the size will not help you to score well. Try to use the maximum size permited by DP next time, i'm sure your idea will be clearly.

I don't see much connection between the shoes and the pool and they are a little oof in my opinion. I think you had a good light and maybe you could have used this on your benefit. I like the way you constructed the scene by putting the shoes in that position, classy!

The choice of object was nice, but i think the colors are kind of dead and the boots look a little oof. I don't see much connection between the place and the boots too. From the sunlight back there i see you had a good light at that moment, maybe in a different place and some use of that light would be a good scenery for the shot! Sorry if i was rude in any opinion! Well, seeing from here i think i like the colors, maybe a B&W would be nice..i just think the floor doesn't help much and your shot is reeeeally small, and that will take a lot of good votes from you.
Next time watch out for the permited sizes for images:
# File Size: 150 kb or less.
# Dimension: No dimension may be shorter than 160 pixels or longer than 640 pixels.
I always use 640 pixels...

I like the light, the color and i always like macro shots. I just think that you could have cropped the top, because those white parts are distracting, and the macro is kind of confusing, because i don't know where to look with so much areas out of focus, maybe you can try a different perspective next time!

I gave a low vote to this image because i think the prime object is this girl at the front, in second place the other girl, and then her boots...I really like the colors of this image and the light adds something pleasing to it! I hope you don't take my comment bad, i just gave my opinion!
