Hello Andi,

It is the sport man's right arm and tummy :) Yes, I knew it wasn't going to fare well.

Thank you SO much for commenting. I like it a lot. At least I know what went through your mind before clicking a number (vote).

Take care.

Ang

First Impression: An interesting take on the challenge but not something I find interesting although I did spend a while trying to work out what the shape in the bg was (my final guess is a sportmans right arm and back?)

Composition: Even though the image does nothing for me I do like the composition here.

Subject: Yup, its footwear and meets the challenge well, your photographer comments read like an advert rather than why you edited the image like this.

Technical: I've nowhere to go with the technical aspect of this shot, I just don't like it and guessing the original unedited image would have scored better. Nice white background (probably due to the over processing).

Final thoughts: For me I think it scored about right and have to applaud you for trying something new that you probably knew was not going to fare well in the challenge.

I really don't like the subject and the pp, i can't understand the red and yellow thing too. Try to shoot something more surprising and use less pp next time! Good luck!

IMO the contrast is too high, but again its just my opinion

I dont think the high contrast/saturation really works for me here.
