Which is better...by xcharrierComment: Wow, this is quite busy. I discovered when I shot my Propaganda shot, that you have to try and figure out if every element in the shot is really necesary for the shot to work. I think that you have issues like that here. Did you need all that film AND all the developed negatives? Or all the differing types of digital media...

Expiredby Firstrich1Comment: Tres cool! Love the monotone feel with the expired flag popping out! Good job. My only complaint would be that the frame is not needed.

Winter Drabby GallatinComment: Now this is a cool sot of an interesting place, but to me doesn't say mundane. Love your framing and the natural color scheme! There are also some interesting lines to lead you through the shot. Nice shot but not mundane...

Feather Dusterby PDavisComment: This seems to be a little soft all around. The composition is nice and interesting though!

Sunsetby faidoiComment: Man, I NOW know I've been working to hard. I totally missed this shot and the whole challenge, now that I think about it! This is one of the best examples of framing within the shot that I've seen in a while! All the lines in silhouette, if you follow them around, lead to the sunset!
The only thing that I can find to comment bad about the shot seems to fit into it so naturally that I'm almost afraid to say it. There's a light post right in front of the sun but with the pole and transformer on the right border it just seems to fit in. I get the impression of someone stepping out to take a smoke break, glancing up and seeing...
And you tell me I've come a long way. Very good shot my friend! [tip hat][/hat tip] |
