The mystery of a puzzleby panomavComment: I think this would do better on a smooth surface, but I like the way the colors work together in this. I like the lighting too, the way the edges stand out. |

puzzledby jgoingsComment: I like the one piece that pops, give the picture focus. This is good. The shadows are a little busy at the top, but overall the product is nice. |

piecesby ElaineComment: I like simple photos, but I think this might be both over-simplefied and not simplefied enough. The background isn't smooth enough to let the pieces shine on their own. And the pieces leave so much blank space with that rough looking bacground. I just find that both aspects distract from the other. |

Buttercup & Baileyby BmburksComment: Aw, this is way to cute to pick on it for not inherently matching the theme. A little more clarity and a little more use of bokeh might really make this pop. I bet it looks nice in colors too. |

The Final Pieceby M_JayneComment: Ah, I saw another similar to this but I think the detail of having the pieces around the shining piece adds something extra to this version. I like this a lot. It's simple but clean. Good job. |

Who Done It?by CraigDComment: Interesting idea, but the execution is a little rough. The yellos caution tape in the lower right, the yellow on the sidewalk in the lower left, the telephone wire or whatever it is cutting through the left side, the busy background - these are all distraction that take away from the actual picture. That being said, it looks like you went through a lot of work to put this together, so keep it up but focus on the details for the next one. |

Unquenchableby goinskiingComment: Hahahaha, this really made me smile. Love the contrast and the b&w in this. Great idea. |

Piece by Pieceby ClayaComment: Ooh, clever idea! Though I usually frown upon portraits that zoom right up the subject's nostrils, I think it makes for a unique perspective in this. I think it would also be cool just to see an eye or eyes peering through. I like this idea, I might use it sometime to try it out. |

Chasing the Dream?by muur88Comment: Okay, I'm really not sure what this has to do with being puzzled. Maybe me being puzzled about why this supposedly represents being puzzled is the trick? So I suppose it does qualify, but in an awfully roundabout way ;) Not the best street shot I've seen, but it is kind of funny to watch him chase that balloon while the guy next to him just looks so bored. What's a cheese steak? That sounds icky. |
