The stuff at the bottom of the picture, though showing the distance to the ground, is a bit distracting. I think the picture would have been more successfull if you had cropped the biker so that it was just the sky behind him.

I love the contrast in the clouds compared to the rest of the photo. However, it seems like too much of a focal point. I think you should have made the boat of the same contrast level as the clouds so that both the boat and the sky could be incorporated into being the same focal point, because right now the boat blends into the water too much.
