I think this should have been in the other challenge. With that phrase on it, it belongs in the de-motivational challenge, where I feel it would have done much better than it is here. I find the overall image is too light, there are no real dark colours in this. Darkening this image would have impresed it significantly

An interesting image, by its composition you have made it much more than just a picture of a girl, and that is what makes this image a lot more appealing. it ties in well with the phrase, with her seemingly looking off into the future, one that is uncertain, but one that she will create as she grows. A great image and a good submission.

Recognition

Cropping off the aircraft wings for me in this image makes it seem a little incomplete. The darkness of the underside of the wings also create large, black areas, whereas some fill light would have shown these with some detail which would have made this photo. Some additional foreground with the names on the wall, giving this more prominance, would have then made the names of the fallen the clear subject of the photo, and therefore made a stronger statement overall.
The title and phrase do tie in really well with the photo, and with the changes mentioned above, this could then have been one of my highest rated photos in the challenge

There are a number of artifacts, especailly around the words, but in other places, that detracts from the photo. I find the composition a little boring. Teh colours through throughout the image are nice and vivid

The composition of this photo is what makes it. By the placement of the elements, where you have cropped etc, has turned what could have been a boring flower shot into a very interesting omage that works very well. The attention to the overall poster presentation gives it a finished feel and helps tie it in really well to the challenge.

Not really the motivational poster type. The depth of field means the eyes and face are the subject, which ties in well to your phrase, but means the overall image doesn't appeal to me.

The strong backlighting, causing the pale washed out look of the tree in the upper areas of the shot is a negative. I would have liked the tree to be strong and black the entire length of the shot.

Nice colours, and a nice scene, however I am not sure about the square crop. A typical landscape crop may have worked better for this, giving the feel that we are seeing the entire vista
