 Motivational or Demotivational that is the question? Ultimately I landed with motivational because after looking at the picture you are motivated to keep your mouth shut rather than facing the idea of swallowing a robber fly. It is up is rather ironic and could ultimately backfire on me. . . but I love the concept.

Not really the motivational poster type. The depth of field means the eyes and face are the subject, which ties in well to your phrase, but means the overall image doesn't appeal to me.
